Interactive online learning was put to the test during the COVID-19 pandemic, but one local teacher passed that test with flying colors.
Dayna Winczner, a sixth-grade science and math teacher at Trillium Academy in Taylor, was recently named to IXL's Elite 100 for the 2020-2021 school year, ranking among the top 100 out of 800,000 teachers who use the personalized learning program in their classrooms.
